We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and discreet House Manager to oversee the daily operations of a private residence in West Linn. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in household management, vendor coordination, and personal assistance. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with excellent communication skills, a service-oriented mindset, and the ability to maintain a well-run, welcoming home environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee household inventory and supplies
  • Manage family calendars and schedules
  • Plan and coordinate events and gatherings
  • Arrange personal and professional appointments
  • Schedule and supervise home maintenance and repairs
  • Manage and liaise with household vendors and service providers
  • Handle laundry, linens, and light housekeeping tasks
  • Track household expenses and manage bill payments
  • Run errands and complete personal tasks as needed
  • Shop for groceries, supplies, and other requested items
  • Maintain overall organization and cleanliness of the home
  • Provide basic pet care
  • Ensure confidentiality and discretion in all household matters

Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a House Manager or in a similar role
  • Strong leadership and multitasking abilities
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills
  • Proficiency in online ordering and digital tools (e.g., scheduling apps, smart home systems, expense tracking software)
  • Familiarity with household systems (HVAC, plumbing, security) is a major plus
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
  • High level of discretion and professionalism
  • Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
